During the period 2000 to 2004, the Hospital Certification was obtained by the General Health Council, thereby guaranteeing that the The hospital will have a structure in accordance with the current standards of that year, as well as a design and operation of processes producing the best patient health outcomes. This is how La Bene San Luis was the first Certified hospital in that year in the state of San Luis Potosí, both in the public and private spheres.
In September 2005, they recertified for 5 years with the National Certification Program for Medical Care Establishments.
In July 2011, it became the first hospital in the state to obtain a 3-year certification with the approved standards. to the JCI (Joint Commission International), from the General Health Council, for having demonstrated the improvement in their processes.
With the premise of improving processes, the hospital continued working to mature and strengthen a culture of patient safety in the hospital, so that on June 30, July 1 and 2, 2016, receive the CSG audit, obtaining a result that exceeds projected expectations, by not only achieving recertification for 5 years, but also doing so with a score of 99, a reflection of excellence in medical care we provide and the work of our collaborators. Surely this condition will imply a greater commitment to maintain and improve processes.
